Chrysalis Events Hawaii Welcomes Debra Crivello to Kauai!

San Francisco native, Debra Crivello brings over 25 years of expertise to the Kauai Marriott Resort as the New Senior Account Director. Debra is tasked with selling groups to the property from the West Coast and Pacific Northwest. She has held various Executive Sales, Marketing & Operations positions with key industry leaders that include American Airlines, Maritz, Carlson Marketing Group, Peak Travel Group and The Meeting Strategy Group. She has built strong business relations with both suppliers and planners worldwide and successfully sold within the Fortune 500 industries markets. She has received numerous Outstanding Achievement Awards for her Instrumental and Strategic leadership and Consistent Performance. Her experience ranges from Worldwide Meeting & Conference Management, Employee Incentive and Appreciation Programs and Corporate Event & Travel Planning. Debra has been an active partner in The Bay Area Business Travel Association and Meeting Professionals International.

Outrigger Enterprises Group assumes management of The Kapalua Villas

One of the largest privately-held leisure lodging and hospitality companies in Hawaii, assumed management of The Kapalua Villas. The property will continue to be marketed under the name The Kapalua Villas and will be operated by Outrigger.

Barry Wallace, executive vice president of hospitality services for Outrigger Enterprises Group, is pleased to announce the return of TJ Oesterling to the Outrigger team as general manager of The Kapalua Villas and the appointment of Dina McCallion as director of sales – Maui, Outrigger Condominium Collection.

In his new position, TJ Oesterling is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of this newest addition to Outrigger’s Condominium Collection. Oesterling returns to Outrigger from his position as the regional vice-president operations – Pacific Region for Wyndham Vacation Ownership.

In her position as director of sales – Maui, Dina McCallion is responsible for the development and coordination of rates and strategy as well as the implementation and administration of the sales and marketing strategies for Outrigger’s inventory of Maui resort condominiums. Ms. McCallion comes to Outrigger with many years of experience at Kapalua Resort. She has held the positions of sales manager and director of sales for The Kapalua Villas, and most recently was the director of sales for the Kapalua Resort where she was responsible for sales and co-op marketing for The Kapalua Villas, Kapalua Golf, Kapalua Golf Academy, Kapalua Adventures Zip Lines Tours, Kapalua Spa, and Kapalua Farms and Pineapple Tours.
