Effective August 1, 2009, Chef Beverly Gannon and her team will be the new operators of the SeaWatch Restaurant in Wailea, Maui, in addition to handling all catering needs for the breathtaking event spaces at the Wailea Golf Club. According to her team, "This is an exciting opportunity for all of us as an industry to share the best of food, beverage, service and aloha with our current and future clients, local customers and industry partners across the globe."
